PURPOSE: To obtain a cloth bonding machine constituted so as to surely bond adhesive padding cloth to cloth under slight pressure due to belt tension in a short time.

CONSTITUTION: In the cloth bonding machine 11 oppositely arranged so as to keep the upper belt 18 and the lower belt 19 hung on a roller mutually in close contact state on forward pathway, heating parts 12 and 13 are arranged on forward pathway of the upper belt 18 and the lower belt 19 and simultaneously a preheating part 15 is arranged on return pathway and a bonding padding cloth H and cloth X transferred to the space between the upper belt 18 and the lower belt 19 in vertically laminated state by these preheating part 15 and heating parts 12 and 13 are heated so that the average temperature of the cloth X and the bonding paddy cloth H may be melting temperature of a resin R.
