Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid abnormal cut-off or erroneous cut-off to improve reliability of a gas cut-off device by optionally performing learning again to make up learning result according to actural flow rate of gas.
CONSTITUTION: On receiving flow rate signal G sent from a flow rate measuring means 1, a flow rate operational unit 2 computes an actual flow rate P. A calendar means 9' holds a plurality of predetermined learning start reserved times and compares an internal calendar of microcomputer with said times. If both agree with each other, the means 9' delivers a start signal S of learning. A learning processing unit 3 receives the signal S and clears a learning result pattern and thereafter computes a flow rate pattern Q from the actual flow rate P as a result of learning and holds it during predetermined learning period. A flow rate decision unit 4 compares the flow rate pattern Q of learning result sent from the unit 3 with a flow rate pattern P' sent from the unit 2 and in the case of an abnormal flow rate pattern, the unit 4 outputs a cut-off.alarm signal R. On receipt of said signal R, a cut-off means 5 informs an alarm or cuts off a gas line.
