Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten a certificate issueing time and to improve the operability of certificate reception when plural certificates are issued by collecting the plural certificates, and collectively ejecting the certificates from a certificate issueing port. CONSTITUTION:A collection carrier part 22 is provided which collects the plural certificates between a carrier path 8 and a certificate issueing port 4 of a certificate issueing machine, and ejects the collected certificates in a lump from the certificate issueing port 4. When the plural certificates are issued, the certificates printed by a printing head 10 based on the printing data stored in a memory means are successively collected to the collection carrier part 22, and after the all certificates are collected, they are issued from the certificate issueing port 4 in a lump by the collection carrier part 22.
