PURPOSE: To retard advance of deterioration of strength of an adsorbent falling down preventive wire net caused by corrosion by providing a packed bed of the adsorbent having large particle diameter on an upper surface of an adsorbent supporting part with the adsorbent falling down preventive wire net having large wire diameter in the adsorbent supporting part of an inside of an adsorbing tower.
CONSTITUTION: In the adsorbent supporting part of the inside of the adsorbing tower, the packed bed 4 of the adsorbent having large particle diameter is provided on the upper surface of the adsorbent supporting part with the adsorbent falling down preventive wire net 5 having large wire diameter. And the packed bed 4 of the adsorbent having large particle diameter is packed to the upper end of the retainer 6 of the wire net and the packed bed 7 of the adsorbent having small particle diameter is provided with the partition 8 of the wire net. As a result, advance of deterioration of strength of the adsorbent falling down preventive wire net 5 caused by corrosion is retarded and adsorbing property is not deteriorated by minimizing a falling amount of adsorbent if the wire net is broken.
