Title:
WALL TIE BRACKET FOR FIXING SCAFFOLD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2595417
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily and quickly mount a wall tie bracket for forming a scaffold without welding in a building using outer wall panels.
CONSTITUTION: A wall tie bracket 7 for fixing a scaffold is formed of a screw shaft body 1; a rotating engaging pin 2; a pipe seat metal; and a nut member 6. The screw shaft body 1 has a wall tie connecting part 4 consisting of a long nut on the top end, and the base end is inserted into the hole of a steel column such as a column connector. The rotating engaging pin 2 is rotatably mounted on the base end of the screw shaft body 1 by a support shaft 3, and engaged with the inner surface of the steel column in the state opened in T- shape. The rotating engaging pin 2 is uneven in the weight balance around the support shaft, and the screw shaft body 1 has a stopper part 1a for stopping one-directional rotation by dead weight. The nut member 6 is spirally fitted to the screw shaft body 1 to fasten the pipe seat metal 5 onto the steel column, whereby the wall tie bracket 7 is fixed to the steel column. A commercially available wall tie is connected to the wall tie connecting part 4 of the fixed wall tie bracket 7.
