PURPOSE: To clean water by means of an apparatus wherein electricity is generated by means of an electric power generator carried on a floating body and aerating of the water in the water region by means of a waterspout is performed by utilizing the electric power and miscellaneous dusts floating in the water region are removed by utilizing the sucking action of the water in the water region when the waterspout is actuated.

CONSTITUTION: A floating body 1 is provided with a recessed part 4 for water intake, an electric power generator 3, a waterspout and a dust remover. Pumps 21 and 25 of the waterspout are driven by means of motors 21a and 25a utilizing electric power generator 3. Suction pipes 22 and 26 of the waterspout and the dust remover are faced to the recessed part 4 for water intake. Floating miscellaneous dusts are sucked to the dust remover by utilizing the sucking action of the water caused by the waterspout to remove the dusts.
