PURPOSE: To manufacture a pressure-sensitive recording sheet, in which recording content is concealed and a surface of which has excellent copying properties.

CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin resin laminating layer 3 is formed onto a pressure- sensitive recording layer 2, in which one surface of a support 1 is coated by laminating or mixing a color former or a developer, both or one of which is micro-encapsulated, respectively singly, and unified with an opaque coating sheet 5 by using a ultraviolet-cured or electron-cured resin 4. Accordingly, the opaque coating sheet 5 is not made transparent, and copying properties are improved and the releasability and opacifying properties of the opaque coating sheet 5 are enhanced.
