Abstract:
PURPOSE:To evade the occupation of a termination-side terminal during its transfer communication by making a reconnection with the place where a termination-side user is present only by the function of the terminal according to a transfer destination address in the absence of the user. CONSTITUTION:When a SETUP message which is a request to originate from an origination-side ISDN terminal 1 is received, the termination-side ISDN terminal 6 where the user is absent sends out an answer message to the terminal 1 by setting the transfer destination address which is already inputted to user information in a call control message as its answer in a transfer destination address area 28 automatically before the termination-side user is present. Consequently, the terminal 1 sets the transfer destination address in a termination address area 25 as the termination address in the SETUP message which is the request to originate at the time of reorigination, and then sends the address. Consequently, the transfer destination termination-side ISDN terminal 7 installed where the target user is present is called directly.
