Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily optimize texture machining based various oscillation conditions.
CONSTITUTION: In this texture machining device for a magnetic disk using a texture roughening tape 4 pressed by a contact roll 3, a tape reel unit 5 is separated from a contact roll unit 6, and only the contact roll unit 6 is oscillated by a rocking drive means 7. Further, a temporary separation means 8 by which the texture roughening tape 4 is separated temporarily from the tape reel unit 5 while texture machining operating is provided.
