Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure a minimum ventilation amount even when the number of working cooking apparatuses is small, and further reduce a consumption power of a fan when a ventilation amount is minimum.
CONSTITUTION: A working state-judging part 32 judges the working states of cooking apparatuses 11a, 11b, and 11c based on the outputs of gas meters 22a, 22b, and 22c. A motor damper control part 33 calculates a total sum of the designed/exhaust amounts of the cooking apparatuses under a working state based on a judgement result by the working state-judging part 32, and when a total sum is below a minimum ventilation amount, all motor dampers 23a, 23b, and 23c are opened. In this case, an inverter control part 34 controls the output frequencies of inverters 30A and 30B for driving fans 14A and 14B.
