PURPOSE: To control the sharp start and sharp stop of a machine body in traveling on a road, as for a working vehicle equipped with a hydraulic type continuously variable transmission for traveling and a subtransmission permitting the selection between the high speed and low speed operations.

CONSTITUTION: A resistance applying mechanism 18 for applying the operation resistance to the operating mechanism 16 of a hydraulic type continuously variable transmission 8 is installed, and the resistance applying mechanism 18 is constituted so as to be selected between the operation state in interlocking with the selection operation to the high speed side of a subtransmission and to a nonoperation state in interlocking with the selection operation to the low speed side.
