PURPOSE: To set up the direction of an antenna and that of a polarizing face by one-touch operation by providing a satellite communication receiver built-in type television(TV) receiver with a channel presetting function.

CONSTITUTION: The angle and polarizing face of each channel to be received between respective satellites are previously stored in a microcomputer 3. When a setting mode for the channel positions of television is started, respective channel positions are selected and stored. When each channel position is selected by a remote controller, an actuator, the direction of an antenna 1 provided with a polarizing face switching function and the direction of a polarizing face are switched to the selected channel. Thereby the directions of the antenna 1 and the polarizing face can be set up by one-touch operation and a satellite communication receiver built-in type TV receiver 2 improved at its using procedure can be obtained.
