Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the influence of the bending force of a flexible wire which is of a problem in the case of miniaturization of a magnetic disk.
CONSTITUTION: The signal which is heretofore transmitted and received by the flexible wire is transmitted and received by substituting the flexible wire with a rotary transformer consisting of primary coil channels 12, 13 and secondary coil channels 14, 15, by which the bending force of the flexible wire is decreased. The servo treatment for moving and positioning a head is easier than with the conventional flexible wire.
