PURPOSE: To make an accurate fine adjustment of the tension of a torque spring and to simplify an adjustment of a fuel limit rod.
CONSTITUTION: A torque adjustment bolt 8 and a positioning memory bolt 18 are fitted in each other by a screw on the side peripheral surface of a case body 5 in a state to be positioned laterally facing each other and the tip part 19 of the adjustment bolt 8 is brought into contact with the memory bolt 18. Taper engagement between the taper peripheral surface 15 of the adjustment bolt 8 and the slope transmission surface part 14 of a spring support tool 13 is effected. A torque spring 10 is supportable by the adjustment bolt 8 through a spring support tool 13. The tension of the torque spring 10 is finely adjustment with high precision through engagement between the adjustment bolt 8 and the spring support tool 13. The tension of the torque spring 10 is stored by the memory bolt 18 ad regulation of limitation of a fuel limit rod is simplified.
