PURPOSE: To easily fix the opening part of a refuse bag by, in a refuse bag fixing member to keep polyvinyl bag in a refuse container in an opened state, providing an about arch-shaped fixing member along the about half part of the inner peripheral edge of the opening part of the refuse container, and providing the fixing member so as to elastically deformable in the inward direction of an arch.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing member 1 has an about U-shaped section, and bosses 12, 12 are severally provided on the tip outsides of both U-shaped lateral pieces 11, 11. In addition, engaging projections 14, 14 are provided on the outside of a U-shaped longitudinal piece part 13, and recesses 15, 15 are provided in a central part. Each fixing member 1 is rotatably attached to a dust container 2 by fitting its boss 12 in bearing hole 22a. In attaching a dust bag, the peripheral edge of the opening part of the refuse bag is insertedly held between the fixing member 1 and the peripheral wall 22 of the refuse container 2, and the engaging projection 14 is engaged in an engaging hole 22b to hold the refuse bag, and a finger is put on a locking part 15a to elastically deform the longitudinal piece part 13 inward for releasing the engagement between the projection 14 and the hole 22b, and thus the refuse bag can be taken out.
