PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition comprising abundantly-linolenic acid having a function physiologically important in vivo, simultaneously containing tocopherol, vitamin K, etc., by adding fats and oils containing a vegetable oil of cruciferous plant as a lipid.
CONSTITUTION: This nutritive composition consists essentially of (A) a protein, (B) a glucide (e.g. sucrose or starch), (C) a lipid composed of fats and oils containing a vegetable oil of crusiferous plant (preferably colza oil), (D) a vitamin and (E) a mineral. The component A preferably contains ≥10wt.% cruciferous plant and palm oil or safflower oil free from allergenicity preferable as fats and oils except the cruciferous plant. For example, a peptide having reduced allergenicity prepared by decomposing soybean protein or milk protein with an enzyme is used as the component A.
