CONSTITUTION: Inside an X-ray photograph device 22, a front side intensifying screen 23, rear side intensifying screen 24, filter 25, and an X-ray detector 26 are arranged, and with the X-ray detector 26, an integration circuit 27, comparison circuit 28, and an exposure stop circuit 29 are connected in series, and with the comparison circuit 28, a standard voltage circuit 30 is connected, and the exposure stop circuit 29 is connected with an X-ray tube 21. The X-ray radiated toward a body S being inspected from the X-ray tube 21 is detected by the X-ray detector 26, passing through a body S being inspected, front side intensifying screen 23, film F, rear side intensifying screen 24. At this time, the X-ray is converted to the visible light by the front side intensifying screen 23 and the rear side intensifying screen 24, and detected by the X-ray detector 26, and the output is added by the integration circuit 27, and inputted into the comparison circuit 28. The comparison circuit 28 compares the output of the integration circuit 27 with the previously set output of the standard voltage circuit 30, and when both the outputs accord, the radiation stop circuit 29 is operated to stop the radiation of the X-ray.
