PURPOSE: To present an oscillation motor for enabling rotation output to be efficiently generated by enabling the motor to be rotated in the double direction with simple mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: An oscillation motor has a stator section and a rotor section. The stator section includes ring-shaped piezo-electric elements 42, 44, ring-shaped electrode plates 46, 48 arranged to be laminated on the surfaces of the piezo-electric elements, and first and second block bodies 50, 52 arranged to retain both sides of the electrode plates and the piezo-electric elements between the block bodies. The electrode plate 46 includes split electrode plates 46U, 46V, 46W arranged to be ring-shaped to divide, the surface of the piezo-electric element 44 into three in the rotational direction of the rotor section, and a positional- shift-proof engaging section 47 formed to be engaged with the hole section 44a of the piezo-electric element 44 on the inner peripheral, sides of the respective split electrode plates 46U, 46V, 46W.
