Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a SQUID flux meter having a wide dynamic range for a high-speed and large-amplitude flux input, regarding a SQUID flux meter having a positive feedback circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In the SQUID flux meter, a positive feedback circuit including a positive feedback coil L1 to apply positive feedback to SQUID 1 via mutual inductance is connected in parallel to the output terminal of the SQUID 1. The positive feedback circuit includes a resistor R1 or the like connected in series to the coil L1, and a capacitor C or an inductor connected in parallel to the coil L1. In addition, a positive feedback amount is controlled, depending upon the frequency of a flux inputted to the SQUID 1.
