Abstract:
PURPOSE: To connect electrodes formed in a narrow pitch easily and reliably by small pressing force.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of through-holes 32 are formed in a resin film 31 and spherical contacts 33 composed of a deformable sphere 34 and a conductive film 35 formed on the surface are put in the through-holes one by one. They are kept in the resin film 31 while an insulating layer 36 being put between a spherical contact and the film. While excellently insulating each another, the spherical contacts 33 can be arranged in a narrow pitch.
