Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic compsn. in which a solvent or carrier for a resin material is not used so that decrease in the viscosity of the product is not caused, and therefore, several advantages in the production can be obtd. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic compsn. is produced by directly emulsifying at least one kind of cosmetic resin material, for example, a hydrocarbon resin such as polyisobuthylene by special mixing operation and using a special emulsifier without using a solvent or carrier for the resin. The cosmetic compsn. preferably consists of a water-based emulsion.
