Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce lead ions in a dilute solution to an emission standard or lower by bringing porous resin containing an organic reagent of acidic thiophosphate structure into contact with the aqueous solution containing lead ions.
CONSTITUTION: Porous resin in which an organic reagent of acidic thiophosphate structure represented by formula (wherein, R1 and R2 are 6-16C alkyl or phenyl) is used as a solid adsorption material. Harmful heavy metallic ions such as lead ion contained in the aqueous solution are absorbed and removed by the solid adsorption material. Particularly ions can be removed from a dilute solution to reduce the concentration of the residual metallic ions to a strict emission standard or lower.
