PURPOSE:To decrease a calling charge and to prevent data transfer from collecting to one period by accumulating successively the attendance and leaving displaying data to a transfer data accumulating means for a prescribed transmitting time, collecting them after the transmitting time passes and transferring them to the system of a transfer destination. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting time setting means and a transfer data accumulating means to accumulate the attendance and leaving displaying data to be transferred inputted from displaying operation terminal devices 1A and 1B included in the attendance and leaving displaying system to controllers 2A and 2B sides successively during the set transmitting time are provided at respective attendance and leaving displaying systems A and B connected by a telephone line 4. Communication control means 3A and 3B having an automatic transmitting receiving function to collect the attendance and leaving displaying data operated and accumulated to a transfer data accumulating means when a transmitting time passes and transfer them to the attendance and leaving displaying system to be transferred through the corresponding telephone line 4 are provided. Thus, without collecting to the work start, the work end, the lunch times, an economical attendance and leaving displaying system to decrease the number of times to use a telephone line can be obtained.
