Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a stent for a lumen which has a strength of each winding number for preventing the stricture caused by an elastic reaction of a balloon resistance, flexibility in response to the bent of a blood vessel, and elasticity for transplanting a graft without using a balloon catheter, in a compression and the transplantation of a structural body, returns to its original state, and has a delayed expansion operation of the received blood vessel, and a graft. CONSTITUTION: A stent for a lumen and a graft are constituted of the stent formed of a zigzag and continuous wire spiral body and a fastening material 12 for connecting the adjoining vertices of adjoining wires to each other. The stent 10 can be compressed and automatically expanded to the shape before the contraction. The stent 10 for the lumen and the graft are formed of appropriate biochemically compatible material and has the graft to be fitted to the stent 10.
