Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of the uneven wear of a rotor caused by dragging, generation of brake vibration caused by the uneven wear, reduction of brake power, etc., by facilitating the return of a brake pad which constitutes a disc brake.
CONSTITUTION: A flame spraying layer having the friction reducing action is formed at least on one surface between the torque receiving surface 12a of a mounting bracket 12 and the torque transmission surface 14b of a brake pad 14, and the return of the brake pad 14 is facilitated by reducing the frictional resistance between both 12 and 14, and the separation for a rotor 11 is facilitated.
