Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device that eliminates an offset error at a final stage amplifier of a pulse-driven transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A periodic signal of an HF burst form is amplified by an amplifier 10, its output is adjusted by a control loop 20, the control loop 20 generates a control signal through the comparison between a setting value BV and an actual output Put of the amplifier 10b to apply a signal to the amplifier 10. A correction circuit 40 measures an output voltage of a differential amplifier 25 of the control loop 20 over a period t1 -t2 before each HF burst and a value proportional to the output voltage is stored in a memory C. A correction value Ukorr is introduced to the control loop 20 by using the value of the memory C for a succeeding HF burst to correct an offset voltage Uoff.
