Title:
MEMORY MODULE FOR ATTACHABLE/DETACHABLE FILM CARTRIDGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0713302
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To freely detachably attach a memory module to the end part of a film cartridge and to put loose restrictions on the attaching position with respect to the memory module in/from which information related to film picture frames can be recorded/read out.

CONSTITUTION: A memory module 40 has a diameter approximately equal to that of the end part of the cartridge. Concentric annular conductive bands 421 to 424 are formed on the upper face of the memory module 40, and these conductive bands are brought into contact with terminals on the camera main body side when the film cartridge is set to a camera. An EEPROM chip 60 is stored in the memory module 40, and concentric annular conductive bands 421 to 424 are connected to this EEPROM chip 60. A freely attachable/detachable contact adhesive layer 76 is provided on the lower face of a foaming material disk 70 in the lower part of the memory module 40, and the memory module is freely detachably attached to the film cartridge by this layer 76.
