Abstract:
PURPOSE:To calculate the moving amount of scale by attaching an optical disk to the scale disk of a dial gauge tester, applying laser beam to the optical disk, detecting reflection light beam at a part with pits, and performing the amplification. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a scale disk 1 fitted with an optical disk, a scale calculation part by semiconductor laser and a display part for displaying signals digitally. The movement of scale is read by laser beam 4 for calculation, thereby a fine movement can be detected speedily with accuracy.
