Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the length of a transmission packet and to shorten a time required for the display of state change by providing information tables to convert a supervisory control item to a state identifier at a supervisory and controlling device and a local device.
CONSTITUTION: A supervisory control table 12 including a first state table 13 on which the supervisory control item of the local device corresponds to the state identifier set in a packet is provided at the supervisory and controlling device 20. Also, a second state table 17 is provided at each of the local devices, respectively. The local device transmits the state change when it occurs to a data processing part 6 by a state change detection circuit 7. The processing part 6 judges which state identifier should be used from the state table 13, and delivers a selected state identifier to a second packet generaion processing part 4, and accumulates it in a second buffer 5. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the length of the transmission packet by performing the analysis of the state change by the local device and to shorten a time until the state change occurs.
