Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain excellent operability by a configuration where order data deleted from an order data file once are made reinstatable by operating a canceling key. CONSTITUTION:A sales registering device 1 prepares order data and stores them in an order data file 13a when order contents are inputted. Then, at settle ment of accounts processing, the applying order data are read from the order data file 13a and settlement of accounts data are prepared and are stored in a settlement of accounts data file 13b. When the settlement of accounts is can celed, a canceling key is operated and a reading means reads the settlement of accounts data to be canceled from the settlement of accounts data file 13b, responding to the operation of the canceling key. Then, an order data recovering means returns the read settlement of accounts data to the order data and reinstates the order data file 13a and a settlement of accounts data canceling means clears the memory of the settlement of accounts data from the settlement of accounts data file 13b or makes them invalid. Thus, complicated processing is unnecessary to reinstate the order data.
