CONSTITUTION: An overhead traveling frame 11 travelably fitted on a horizontally suspended rail 2 is mounted with a motor driving it, a travel driving roller 16, a winding roller 19, and a winding motor 17 rotating the winding roller 19. A lift frame 24 is horizontally suspended from the overhead traveling frame 11 by four wires 20A-10D wound by the winding roller 19. Many vacuum suction pads 25 sucking the top baces of vertically erected drum cans 1 are vertically movably fitted to the lift frame 24 in a prescribed number for each drum can 1 to suck it.
