PURPOSE: To provide a corrector whose characteristic change with time is little and which has a high reproducibility and which is arranged at a position that an inspected eye should occupy in regard to an ophthalmic measurer and which is used as a measuring object for correcting the ophthalmic measuring device that takes predetermined ophthalmic measurement by irradiating laser rays to the inspected eye and conducting scanning by converging light rays into a protomerite and analyzing scattered light from a cell in the protomerite.
CONSTITUTION: Laser rays radiated on a corrector 10 from the light projecting system of an ophthalmic measuring device are condensed by means of a lens 1 at a position which is shifted by a predetermined distance on the light projecting system side from an original condensing point, and scanned on the slit of a slit slab 2 arranged thereat. The laser rays that have passed the slit are diffused by means of a diffusion slab 3, and conducted with light reduction by means of a light reducing filter 4, and reflected to a beam splitter 5 and conducted with light receipt on the light receiving system side of the ophthalmic measuring device. A measurement can be taken for correcting the ophthalmic measuring device by regarding light observed at the light receiving system as scattered light from a cell in a protomerite.
