PURPOSE: To improve kneading efficiency together with self-cleaning and to lessen the wear of paddles.
CONSTITUTION: The paddles rotate while the peak parts 8c of the major diameter parts 8a of the one paddle come into contact with the peak parts 9d of the minor diameter parts 9b of the other paddle 9 or the peak parts 8d of the minor diameter part 8b of the one paddle come into contact with the peak parts 9c of the major diameter parts 9a of the other paddle 9 when the one paddle 8 and the other paddle 9 are rotated in directions different from each other and at different speeds. Two material spaces (max. space areas) are formed together with the rotation. The materials are then begun to join and are successively compressed until the materials are largely compressed in the one narrow material space. The chances of surely mingling with each other and coming into frontal collision are thereby increased. The materials are thus uniformly mingled with each other.
