Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an extensible/contractible washing rod of a washing machine capable of changing the length of the washing rod provided on the center of an agitator corresponding to the water level of washing water supplied into a washing tub.
CONSTITUTION: This washing rod is constituted of a first rod member 22 provided with prescribed length on the upper side of the agitator 20 rotated by the driving means of the washing machine and second rod members 24 and 26 provided movably in a vertical direction while being guided along the first rod member.
