PURPOSE: To supply stably a liquid refrigerant being necessary for a refrigerant heater, to prevent extraordinary overheat of the refrigerant in the refrigerant heater and to ensure the reliability and low-noise property of a device and stable heating, regarding the device utilizing a pressure rise at the time of heating of the refrigerant and utilizing a heat for the heating.
CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant heater 2 and a gas-liquid separator 1 are connected by circular pipelines 3 and 4, and a liquid receiver 5 provided above the gas- liquid separator is connected to the circular pipelines by a falling-in pipe 7 having a first check valve 6 and by an equalizing pipe 9 having an on-off valve 8. A circular heat conveying passage is formed by connecting the gas-liquid separator, a radiator 10, a second check valve 12 and the liquid receiver 5 in a piping sequentially, and a control device 20 which detects that a liquid refrigerant is filled up in the liquid receiver 5, and makes the on-off valve open, is provided.
