Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a high-quality ceramics product free from sintering failure, etc., by heating and burning an unburnt ceramics product while uniformly holding it for the purpose of prevention of temperature distribution.
CONSTITUTION: In the method for heating and burning a ceramics product 2 by injecting combustion gas through burners 3 and 4 arranged at the respective corners of a burning furnace 1 as if the combustion gas turns in a prescribed direction in the furnace, the direction of turning of the above-mentioned combustion gas is periodically reversed so as to uniformly heat the ceramics product without generation of temperature distribution.
