PURPOSE: To improve efficiency in deaerating water in an ice tray by applying large movement thereto, in the title ice-maker wherein the ice tray is moved in tray is moved in order that highly transparent ice is produced therein.

CONSTITUTION: A main body case 5 in an ice-maker main body 4, including an ice tray 8, is rotatably mounted on the ceiling part of an ice-making chamber 2 through a pin 10. An oscillating mechanism 11 is composed of a geared motor 13 and a cans 12, and during ice-making, the ice-maker main body 4 is vertically oscillated centering around the pin 10, by the oscillating mechanism 11. Since the oscillating mechanism 11 is composed so as to vertically oscillate the ice tray 8 together with the ice-maker main body 4, the ice tray 8 comes to be moved greatly. Water stored in the ice tray 8 cones to flow, which is caused with the oscillation of the ice tray 8, and thus the water becomes easy to be deaerated.
