To provide nano carbon material complex paste which is based on a nano carbon material and has high dispersibility and uniform composition and to provide a method for forming a pattern by using the nano carbon material complex paste.

The nano carbon material complex paste is obtained by mixing a nano carbon material complex which is obtained by forming a nano carbon material on a particle directly or while interposing a metal or a metallic compound between them, a binder material and a solvent. In more detail, the weight ratio of (the binder material):(the solvent) is 1:4 to 1:9 and that of (the nano carbon material complex):(the total weight of the binder material and the solvent) is 1:1.5 to 1:4.
