Abstract:
To provide nano-carbon composite ceramics having high emissivity of infrared ray over a wide wavelength range; and to provide a method for producing the same, capable of producing the nano-carbon composite ceramics through substantially the same operations as those in a conventional production process by mixing a nano carbon with general-purpose ceramic particles conventionally used as an infrared emitter.SOLUTION: Most of nano-carbon materials are dispersed uniformly in ceramic particles without forming an aggregate, and emissivity of infrared ray in a wavelength range of 1.67 μm to 25 μm at 25°C is 80% or more. Moreover, total emissivity of the infrared ray in the wavelength range of 1.67 μm to 25 μm at 300°C is 85% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
