The nanofiber-producing apparatus includes an outflow member 211 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300 from a plurality of radially disposed outflow ports 233 in a space, an attraction electrode 121 for attracting the raw material liquid 300 and the nanofibers 301, an attraction electric source 122 for generating an electric field for attracting the raw material liquid 300 and the nanofibers 301 on the attraction electrode 121, an adjustment electrode 221 for adjusting the flying routes of the raw material liquid 300 and the nanofibers 301, and an adjustment electric source 222 for generating an electric field for adjusting the flying routes of the raw material liquid 300 and the nanofibers 301 on the adjustment electrode 221, and the outflow ports 233 is arranged between the first surface 311 which is a surface vertically crossed with a line for binding the outflow member 211 with the attraction electrode 121 at a shortest distance and on which the attraction electrode 121 is disposed, and the second surface 312 which is parallel to the first surface 311 and on which the adjustment electrode 221 is disposed.
