To provide: a halogen-free green pigment that generates no toxic substance such as dioxine and PCB during incineration thus improving environmental sanitation and allowing easy recycling, and that realizes both high light resistance and high saturation; and a coloring composition.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a solid solution comprising a naphthalocyanine pigment (I) and a phthalocyanine pigment (II) that are represented by general formula (1); and a coloring composition containing the solid solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
