Abstract:
To provide a compound which has the useful activity of agomelatin, and other benefits, for example, a reduced disordered metabolism and a reduced side effect.
The compound of formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate or hydrate thereof is disclosed. In the formula, R1 is chosen from H, CH3, CH2D, CHD2 and CD3; R2 is chosen from OH, H, D and F; R3a, R3b, R4a, and R4b are each chosen from H and D independently; R5 is chosen from CH3, CH2D, CHD2, and CD3; and at least one R includes a deuterium atom.
