To improve problems of napped pile fabrics such as crack of the base or transparent feeling that disturbs quality level of the fabrics which are formed by cut pile of multi-filament yarn of synthetic fibers, by obtaining bulky conjugated fibers which utilize functionalities of polyesters and forming multi step pile, and to obtain high grade napped pile fabrics having moire pattern which clearly exhibit color differences between dyeing effect of polyester fibers.
The napped pile fabrics formed by carrying out cut pile of multi filament yarns of synthetic fibers, the multi filament yarn of synthetic fibers comprise at least two kind of multi filament combined filament yarns with shrinkage difference, wherein the high shrinkage side polyester fiber is crimped and sink from the surface of pile by expressing 1-40% of percent elongation for crimp expression to form the multi step pile, and the low shrinkage side polyester fibers exists on the surface of the pile.
