Abstract:
PURPOSE: To construct a filling and feeding device for narcotic in such a manner to perform filling and feeding for a narcotic evaporator without the risk of leakage of a narcotic. CONSTITUTION: A coupling member 1 comprises a link arm 2 and a second link arm 3, wherein both link arms 2, 3 are rotatably coupled to each other through a link 4. Both link arms 2, 3 respectively include two passages 8, 9 or 10, 11, wherein if both link arms 2, 3 are mutually brought to designated angle positions, the passages 8, 9 of the first link arm 2 can be communicated with the passages 10, 11 of the second link arm 3.
