Title:
NARROW AND LONG MOTOR OF OUTSIDE ROTATION TYPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3225072
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a stator and rotor from coming into contact with each other beyond an air gap and the occurrence of vibrations as much as possible, solve the problem of insufficient rigidity, and increase the output torque proportionally to the length.
CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnets 23 which is magnetized in eight poles in the peripheral direction of a cylindrical rotor 21 is fixed to the internal surface of the cylindrical yoke 22 of the rotor 21 so that the magnet 23 can become uniform in the axial direction. A stator section 24 is formed by constituting a magnetic pole pair 27a and 27b by respectively putting windings 26a and 26b around stator yokes 25a and 25b formed by bending narrow and long magnetic plates along their major axes in chevrons so that their interior angles can become 135° in the length direction and coupling the stator magnetic poles 27a and 27b with each other in the axial direction, with the phases of the poles in the peripheral direction being shifted from each other by 45°. The stator section 24 thus formed is rotatably supported by bearings 31-33 fixed to the internal peripheral surface of the cylindrical rotor 21.
