Abstract:
To provide a baggage-tightening belt which does not cause the loosing of a baggage, and has rich dimension retainability, a soft touch, excellent handleability and excellent storability, and to provide a narrow woven fabric constituting the belt.
(1) This narrow woven fabric in which polytrimethylene terephthalate multifilament yarns are used as at least warps, has a stress retention of ≥85%, after held in an elongated state under an initial load of 39.2 N/cm of the width in the warp direction of the woven fabric for 15 min. (2) The baggage-tightening belt is formed of the narrow woven fabric.
