Abstract:
To provide an improved nasal delivery device and nasal delivery method for delivering substance to the nasal cavity of a patient.
The nasal delivery device for delivering substance to the nasal cavity of the patient includes a nosepiece 17, and a delivery unit for delivering the substance through a nozzle of the nozzle piece 17. The nozzle piece 17 includes the nozzle 25 through which the substance is in use delivered to the nasal cavity, and at least one inflatable cuff member 27 which is configured to provide, when inflated, a fluid-tight seal between the nosepiece 17 and the inner wall of the nasal cavity of the patient.
