To medicate a drug in a capsule by easy operation and ensure piercing of a hole in a capsule, by providing with a confirming means for confirming whether the capsule is pierced by a pin in the first piercing means when the capsule is pushed into a capsule housing hole and with the second piercing means.
At first, a movable member 8 in a capsule holder 2 is positioned on a pump part 13 side, and a pin head of the first piercing pin 21 is set in such a state as projecting from the bottom part of a capsule housing hole 11, and a capsule K is inserted and pushed into the capsule housing hole 11, thereafter, the pin head of the pin 21 is pierced into the capsule K, thereby an air flow-in hole H1 is piercedly-formed thereon. Piercing of the hole H1 is confirmed by seeing the inclined condition of the capsule K after the capsule K is pushed into the capsule housing hole 11. Futhermore, the second piecing pin 24 is moved toward the capsule K by moving an operator board so as to form the air flow- out hole H2 in the capsule K, thereby the H2 is piercedly-formed by means of the head of the second piercing pin 24.
