A case with a fan motor and a stationary filter, is equipped with a placer for housing a filter for exchange, a place for housing a nozzle, a place for housing a battery, a suction opening and an air exit. The nasal mucus, sputum, etc., sucked from the nozzle is collected into the filter for exchange by operating the fan motor by batteries and the sucked air is discharged from the air exit.
