To provide a nasal tape which enables anyone to surely and efficiently inhale air into the nostril, to easily carry out nasal respiration and to easily use the tape by constituting the tape in such a manner that the tape can be stuck to the nose in the state of upwardly pulling up a nasal tip region and in the state of forward pulling up both sides near the nasal tip region of a nasal ridge region.

The nasal tape comprises a naso-oral expansion tape having an affixation surface which can stick the nasal tip region allowing the tape to exist in the nasal tip region and the nasal ridge region in the state of upwardly pulling up the nasal tip region, a nostril expansion tape having an affixation surface capable of sticking both side parts near the nasal tip region of the nasal ridge region integrally formed in both side regions near the nasal tip region of the naso-oral expansion tape in the state of forward pulling up both side parts and a release tape stuck to the affixation surfaces of the nasal-oral expansion tape and the nostril expansion tape so as to cover their affixation surfaces.
